Pros

It's a really fun environment to work in. Everyone is fairly chilled out. (at least it was 3 years ago)

Cons

The European head office basically ran the show and didn't account for differences in buying cycle/customer expectations

Cons

Workload Stress Unhealthy work culture Bad management and managers expect a few A big turn over Too many bugs They really have a hard time to recruit You get called in slack all the time If you want to work everyday even during the weekend come work here. If you want to work until midnight come work here.
