Pros

Collaborative environment, talented teammates, modern tech stack (Jetpack Compose, Clean Architecture), product with real impact, and flexibility in work-life balance. The Android chapter is solid and encourages learning and sharing. I always felt my work mattered.

Cons

Being part of a large group (Tripadvisor) sometimes slows down decisions or introduces bureaucratic steps. Also, some initiatives can take time to get prioritized due to global alignment.
