Pros

The CEO really cares about his employees. He’s a great guy and it really trickles down through each job position. There are people who often plan things for the company whether it is lunch or renting out a theatre to watch a newly released movie! Makes me feel appreciated as an employee and a human. They give us what we need to power through the day and give it our all. Opportunity for growth and joining other teams as you progress your career and product knowledge. Flexible schedule in terms of working from home or in office. A set schedule in terms of hours, allowing me to plan ahead. Really great coworkers who make the job enjoyable.

Cons

The only con is that we need more staff members for the influx of phone calls- but management is hiring full force lately and trying to help! So they are doing what they can.

Pros

The atmosphere feels welcoming and supportive. Management is flexible, willing to listen and they make the expectations clear. Customers are friendly. Other members of the team are always willing to help. Trainers and mentors really make sure you’re prepared for the job before getting in live calls. The cafeteria has free snack, drinks, full arcade games and a ping pong table. The CEO and all leadership makes you feel heard and valued. I really love working for TherapyNotes. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop like it does at other jobs and it never did. Highly highly recommends

Cons

Too many snack options… can’t just pick one.
