Pros

Most non-leadership people are qualified and good to work with.

Cons

The leadership is the worst I have ever encountered. Unprofessional, lack of communication abounds, out of touch with their employees, change for the sake of change, unqualified individuals seem to move up in the company.

Pros

Fully remote. Good pay and PTO. Great coworkers and managers - no drama, no micromanaging. You're expected to do your job well and handle yourself and if you do everything's lovely. Reasonable workload, relatively low stress, plenty of support if overloaded. CEO has very high expectations on UI/UX quality and is heavily involved in design decisions, which can be good and bad, but it's a million times better than a CEO that doesn't care about design.

Cons

Nothing really notable. Pretty low 401k match.
