I have been here for a few years now and there is not much room for growth for me. Depending on which position you are in, growth opportunities will vary. The pay is pathetic here though. I haven't seen too many promotions but the higher ups ALWAYS gets promoted and CONSTANTLY. I have seen GMs get promoted to VPs within a matter of months. The company is so big, it tends to get very unorganized and there isn't much of a brand symmetry although they try to enforce it. Emails get sent out every quarter stating that we have made millions in revenue, yet pay raises is 4% max across the board (if you're lucky that is) and money is ridiculously tight, you barely can do your job with the budgets given.
