Mixed - treated well in one business, poorly in another

Pros

Growth from within is encouraged. Employees have the opportunity to work in different positions and for different businesses.

Cons

Poor IT infrastructure. Employees spend way to much time trying to gather meaningful data. 24/7 mentality at some locations by some managers. Many employees are under a great deal of stress to do too much with too few resources. This tends to lead to blunt, difficult interactions.

So far, it does seem like they are listening to employees and that they are trying to keep the new hires happy.Good benefits.

Cons

Unsure about the overall company plans.There are layoffs and plant closures happening elsewhere.Not sure if they promote from within.
