Pros
Employee satisfaction is paramount and so is satisfaction of the customer here. There is plenty of opportunity to learn in the office and in the field, with occasional mandatory training. Requested training is also sometimes available. Company culture is legitimately one of a team, no real cliques or negative gossip. Come here with a good attitude.
Cons
None to really think of at my stage of the game. What I would precaution against is do not be passive on opportunities. If you ask, at the very least the ears that need to hear it will, and you will almost always have a chance to work on a variety of projects. Travel out of state is defiantly available but usually not mandatory unless your in service or something.
