Great benefits, great pay, great educational opportunities in/out of work. They take care of their people and have and amazing team of senior management that have been in the trenches and provide phenomenal mentoring, training and support.
Cons
Ebbs and flows...When you are off you're off, but when you are busy omg...hold on because it can get hectic. Project based work is not for everyone and you have to understand the dynamic of the industry/projects your working on to know what you signed up for.

Hi there! So great to hear that you're happy about the benefits and opportunities we offer to our employees. We always try to stay competitive so that way we can retain and keep our employees happy and satisfied. We are continuing to focus on our management program so it's great to hear you've had a great experience with the management team. Thank you for the feedback and hopefully, our ongoing recruiting efforts will assist with the project work!
Thermo Systems is a company that values employee satisfaction. In my nine years here I have been provided with all the tools I need to grow and succeed as not only an employee, but also as an individual. From external and internal training, certification bootcamps, and the freedom to pursue my own interests, Thermo has given me a path forward that I can take anywhere.
Cons
Thermo is going through a growth phase right now, and sometimes it is difficult to keep the culture steady with so many new hires. They are actively working on correcting that in a steady maintainable way. The only other con (if you see it that way) is travel. This is a client driven business so we need to be able to go to client sites.
Thermo Systems is an amazing place to work. The employees have a ton of freedom to make their own decisions, and management truly cares about work/life balance. The company is also experiencing transformative growth across the US and into Europe which provides an abundance of opportunity for any who want it.
Cons
Growth pains? Is this really a con though? A few years ago we were a 50-person, $8million a year company. Now we are 150+ and $100 million a year. Scaling that quickly comes with its own set of challenges - in my opinion that's the type of challenge a company wants to have.
