      Pros

      Great people to work with, most of the time. Employees are treated well overall.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for technical advancement/growth; knowledge ceiling is little low. Technicians and engineers are treated the same. Work can be monotonous with not a lot of variety. Occasional bad managers which can prevent or ruin promotions and career outlook.
