      * Company is very understanding, keep them informal on your needs * Great start company to kick off your career in controls * Opportunity to learn the commissioning process and troubleshooting equipment

      Cons

      * So many meetings * Job is fast moving, would need to learn fast * Information between vendors and commissioning agents is sometimes misunderstood

      Management is Terrible

      Pros

      Get to go to new places around the United States and work with big fortune 500 corporations on start ups and commissioning.

      Cons

      The management is absolutely the worst I've ever had in the 10 years I've been in the industry. They promise allot to there employees and they do not deliver. If you're offered a job at this company make sure you get written on paper the things they promise you, otherwise you will not get them. They promoted my supervisor to director after I left and he shouldn't have been in management in the first place. The best thing that ever happened was me leaving this company. Very High turnover is this company's middle name.
