Hiring and Staffing: We understand that keeping up with demand is crucial. We are constantly actively recruiting in local regions to ensure we are adequately staffed to ensure our client needs are being met and work life balance needs are accommodated.
Favoritism and Nepotism: We take concerns about favoritism and nepotism seriously. We are committed to creating a fair and inclusive work environment. Our policies regarding employee workplace relationships and reporting structures are strictly enforced. If you have concerns around this, we encourage you to reach out to the People and Culture Team.
Pay and Promotions: We are examining our pay structures and promotion processes to make them clearer and more aligned with employee performance and market standards. We are committed to having this launched by December 2024.
Local Hiring and Travel: Your feedback on local hiring is noted. We are evaluating our travel policies and considering how we can better balance local hiring with operational needs.
Standards and Reporting Issues: We are committed to addressing the concerns about differing standards for newer versus tenured employees. We have several anonymous channels for reporting issues to ensure all employees feel heard and supported.
Leadership Communication: We agree that direct communication with employees is vital. We will strive to enhance engagement between upper leadership and team members on-site to better understand and address their concerns.
Client Demand: We recognize the importance of meeting client demands and are working on strategies to improve our responsiveness and service delivery.
