Pros

The actual work that needs to be done is very easy if you have more than two brain cells.

Cons

Terrible central engineering team. Low Pay, especially if you have experience. Long hours with straight time for overtime. Terrible upper management that signs employees up for 60 hour work weeks in brutal weather conditions. Absolutely terrible project management.

Scaling to meet Growth

Free lunches are provided for site teams. Pockets of genuinely great people.

Cons

Alot of growth but still learning how to scale to meet growth demands. Negative evaluation practices keep relying on various cliques opinions who may be adjacent to the project or not present enough to have an opinion at all.
