Pros

Thermo Systems’ values and culture is great. The company has been rapidly expanding and still takes care of their employees and continues to deliver quality services to its customers all around the country. This is a great place to work if you are looking to personally and professionally grow.

Cons

Like I said, the company is rapidly expanding and the employees are growing with it so it will keep you busy.

Pros

very well educated people, everyone is on the same page when it comes to expectations and communication is straight forward so you know what is expected of you.

Cons

Nothing bad about the company, one thing that was frustrating to me was that there is always more jobs to do and no time for personal development. So in order to get personal development you need to book time far in advance.

Pros

The actual work that needs to be done is very easy if you have more than two brain cells.

Cons

Terrible central engineering team. Low Pay, especially if you have experience. Long hours with straight time for overtime. Terrible upper management that signs employees up for 60 hour work weeks in brutal weather conditions. Absolutely terrible project management.
