Pros

A staff and manager that genuinely seemed to want to help employees not just exceed in their current role, but help them get to their future role. Great benefits package. (Insurance, 401k matching, PTO) Invested in training

Cons

Most of the non admin work is remote, meaning you’re not at 1 location or office for long, so you need to be willing and able to travel.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Project Manager II at Thermo Systems. We're delighted to hear that you found our staff and management supportive in helping employees excel in their current roles and prepare for future opportunities. It's also great to know that you appreciated our benefits package and investment in training. We understand that the remote nature of most non-admin work can be challenging, especially with the need for frequent travel. We're continuously looking for ways to improve this aspect and make it more manageable for our team members. Your advice to management is well noted, and we will strive to maintain the practices that have contributed to our success while preserving the feel and culture we had when we were a smaller company. Thank you for your valuable feedback and for being a part of Thermo Systems!
