      Great Culture. Great Opportunity

      Pros

      Thermo Systems is an amazing place to work. The employees have a ton of freedom to make their own decisions, and management truly cares about work/life balance. The company is also experiencing transformative growth across the US and into Europe which provides an abundance of opportunity for any who want it.

      Cons

      Growth pains? Is this really a con though? A few years ago we were a 50-person, $8million a year company. Now we are 150+ and $100 million a year. Scaling that quickly comes with its own set of challenges - in my opinion that's the type of challenge a company wants to have.

      Pros

      Thermo is a very special place. There are amazing leaders that you can learn from and all the people genuinely care about one another. I truly believe this is what makes Thermo stand out. They also support your growth with training (both internally & externally) and allow the opportunity for growth. The support is there and you don't even have to ask for it. Thermo is very strategic in business, caring about employees and there's a bond that's created within Thermo that is very rewarding.

      Cons

      If there were any negatives, Thermo leaders would find out what they were and try to resolve them.
