Moving from Boston to Dallas for my first full-time role was both challenging and outside my comfort zone, but my first few months at Third Bridge have been incredibly rewarding. The experience has pushed me to grow professionally and equipped me with the tools and confidence to become a well-rounded professional. From day one, my team has supported me every step of the way. Their guidance and encouragement have made a meaningful difference in my transition, and I’m grateful to now be in a position where I can share what I’ve learned with our newest hires.
