Great Opportunities to Progress

If you are young and want to work hard, progress quickly and gain operational management experience and own a large client book Third Bridge is for you.

Cons

Hard and repetitive work, enjoyment of the role largely surrounds which part of the business you are placed in to begin with.

I've earned lots of bonus when my performance was good

Cons

From now on, since the bonus structure is changed, you can not receive good bonus you expect. Not sure about other teams, but in terms of the team for small regions in Asia, the management is awful Management team considers each researcher/associate as a consumable supplies. They do not consider your career development and personal interest about your job. Their personal feelings do affect the judgement against you. They can not provide a good strategic direction and suggest good solution for the team. Only thing they can do is blaming and pushing their team members....
