Leadership is very accessible, you're able to enact change since the business changes often, good ideas and hard work are valued, lots of movement throughout the business if you're interested in learning about different departments

Cons

Certainly favors people who are competitive and outspoken, leadership decisions are occasionally difficult to contextualize, lots of office politics and personalities to navigate
