      Pros

      Respected in their core geography Employees treat each other with respect Employee-owned and growing every year makes our ESOP value and compensation packages good including several bonus opportunities. Leaders don't interfere too much but are available when you want them

      Cons

      It's still relatively small (500-700 employees) which can limit the scope of technical projects.

      -Decent benefits -Ability to work independently or in a team -Pays for exams/further education

      Cons

      -Not appreciated for work completed -No bonus or incentive structure -Lack of upward mobility -Not all upper management is transparent about cell phone reimbursal. Worked 1.5 years until it was mentioned to me -Some management doesn't want their employees to advance beyond basic tech level -Unusually (and extremely unsafe) long hours in some departments
