Worst Company Ever!

Pros

Pros? Hmmm.... If you enjoy lying and being deceitful this may be the company for you.

Cons

First of all, this company is FULL of racists. They don't act like it to your face, but the presence of it is there. The company CEO, Ken Thompson could really careless about you as an employee, I literally waited around multiple times to meet him, AFTER my work shift and every time he would walk by with his nose in the air, just to jump in his Ford Raptor(100k dollar truck) and speed off as if i didn't exist. WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Tough job, good people

Pros

New projects, good people to work with, tight-knit teams, reliable work hours, and good for building connections.

Cons

Slow improvement, management often disregards quality, many short-cuts made, very dirty working environment, very hot summers (open air).

Pros

Pay was decent. Not to many weekends.

Cons

Constant beating down of employees. Senior management doesn’t know what’s going on but try’s to come in and intimidate employees. Takes away your will to do anything.
