      You are responsible for growing your branch and your accounts, as we are rapidly growing and aren't a household name in most markets, yet. Typical growing pains with a rapidly growing company. Pros definitely outweigh the cons here.

      Our fire protection company was acquired by Thompson Safety, and the transition has been nothing but positive. From day one, the leadership team made us feel welcomed and supported. They’ve maintained the strengths of our original team while adding resources and opportunities for growth. The benefits are excellent—competitive healthcare, solid 401(k), and generous time off. But what really stands out is the people. The culture at Thompson Safety is collaborative, professional, and genuinely caring. Everyone is focused on doing great work and supporting each other along the way. If you’re looking for a place where you’re valued, challenged, and part of a growing team with a strong mission, I highly recommend Thompson Safety. I’m grateful to be part of it.
