Fast Paced, Good Team Environment, Good Earning Potential
Pros
The team here is really close knit; everyone gets along great and I truly feel like everyone is so willing to help each other and is invested in each others success. The company really cares about their Customers, during training they make it clear it is more important to do the job right than to make more money. I really like that about their culture. As an AE, the pay was great for the top performers. It is uncapped commission plus bonuses, and because they are a relatively new company the markets are not saturated with current customers. Very easy to get appointments and bring in new accounts. They are growing super fast, so there is a lot of career advancement opportunity.
Cons
The AE position has a relatively low base salary, but the benefits and commission made it really competitive. It's a hustle! Definitely have high expectations that employees work hard, but my manager got to the office before me and left after me every day, so it's nice to see that mentality from the top down and not just for employees.
