Pros

The culture at Thomson Reuters is one of the best I have ever experienced, with good balance between the level of expected results and high professionalism while respecting staff, instilling a fun workplace environment with an real emphasis on teamwork and working for each other.

Cons

Not many - some issues around career progression as there is a bit too much "dead man's shoes" for promotion prospects, and the good environment means there is little staff turnover.

Cons

As with all big corporations, processes can be sometime heavy leading to slow decision making. We work all around the globe with differnt time zones and this sometimes can prove challenging.
