      Pros

      Great hybrid work schedule. Every other friday off. Good networking. Good people. Great management at the company. They were very helpful with your personnel/professional goals

      PTO was alright. Pay was ok but fair for the position

      Pros

      If you have the opportunity please try to get hired by this company. The pay is outstanding, and the people are amazing. This was not my first contractor and trust me they are not all this great. THOR was reliable, and stayed true to their word. The PM’s they have are very knowledgeable and have years of experience in both Government and Civilian workforce.

      Cons

      I wish I could have worked for them longer, but I was hired as a Government employee. 3 years seems long but the time went by very fast.
