Pros

My boss was very understanding. If you needed to leave early you could just call and ask her to leave and she was fine with it. She only came to check on us twice a week. You get to pick what time you want to work. You can pick anytime between 6am-5pm

Cons

The supervisors treated us like children. They didn’t like when we talked to each other. We were at work for 8 1/2 hours but only got paid for 8 because 30mins is considered an unpaid lunch break.

Pros

Most of the program managers were great to work with. Positive attitudes, listened and gave useful feedback.

Cons

The business development team is a joke. The VP is extremely rude and says things that don't need to be said from someone of an "elevated position" in the company. Also, the CEO and COO have no say in the company which is ridiculous.

Cons

Growth is hard, but it is good. Standard growth challenges.
