Pros

- Culture that has been built is one of the best i've been a part of. Sellers can be themselves and do smart work rather than just meeting metrics that are being pushed from top down. - Good trust shown across the teams, eg SEs, CSMs & AEs collab well together. - People are hitting target most of the time.

Cons

- Larger US presence, so sometimes have to battle for budget. eg marketing spend on new regions. - Need a bigger office

Pros

Having worked at ThoughtSpot for a few years I've had a great experience. The culture has gone from strength to strength (work socials, extra curricular activities, important office based training to make the workplace enjoyable for everyone). Having experienced merit based promotions, there's a high performing mindset and a group of people looking to achieve big things. Managers will go out of their way to get more support based on listening to the team, which I appreciate.

Cons

By attracting top talent, with many talented internal candidates for new roles, there can be challenging influxes/competition for internal roles. Unavoidable, but some people may find this a challenge.
