Pros

This place is good if you want to settle down, and do that repeated job everyday. Another Good part is, you don't have to waste maximum time on calls, only a few calls will help you to keep doing your good work.

Cons

Upto some extent, the place is disputed over local culture. You don't get the chance to explore anything new. You HAVE TO spend so much on smaller tasks, as they will be blocked because of various dependencies.
