Pros

- very interesting startup environment, with a more mature feeling. company is progressing rapidly but with great caution. like nothing I’ve ever been a part of. I feel like every year I work here is 2 years of experience. - lots of hard workers and very, very talented and smart people. the amount of knowledge and experience here is amazing, and collaboration is very high. - lots of opportunities to try and fail. failure is accepted well here. - great benefits, outstanding health insurance, flexibility in vacation - it's very rewarding to help build a company culture. - product is super cool, and really feels futuristic.

Cons

- typical fast-paced startup environment. being prepared for it is key, otherwise things can catch up to you. sometimes feels 24 x 7. - noticeably high turnaround for some departments. - some people can be stretched for time and do a lot. communication is not always consistent in places it should be, but other places are outstanding. - diversity initiatives are laughable at best.

Pros

- very good benefits, full coverage on medical insurance and all day meals - transparent culture. People are encouraged to speak up and their opinions are taken seriously - smart coworkers and exciting tech challenges. You have to solve interesting problems from time to time. But don’t get intimidated by this, you have lots of smart supporters who can help you. You can learn a lot from either the challenges or the coworkers or both. - you are encouraged to progress in your career development, both leadership and technical side

Cons

I personally don’t think it’s cons but just list here in case other people think it is - as a start up, busy schedule is unavoidable sometimes. But there is unlimited PTO - diversity in engineer group. I think all tech company in Bay Area is struggling on that. Executives have tried their best to alleviate it

Pros

Interesting tech which some people are initially interested in, well funded, decent pay, free food (?) nothing much else though.

Cons

Corrosive sales ‘management’ who hire and fire reps at will based on gossip and hearsay. Very few reps are selling anything with an average sales cycle of over 12 months. Drill down hard on this if you interview. Even top performers leave with an AE tenure being measured in months. Again, ask about this. Backstabbing and back channeling is the norm. (I hear this is even worse in the London office) Genuinely shocking.
