      ** You are part of a company growing where every customer is new, every territory is new, and you are disrupting an age-old dashboarding marketplace - this is a RARE opportunity that not everyone will get the chance to be part of** - 'All in' mindset across all functions - everyone is striving towards that same goal and there is a huge team participation - Great mix of young, hungry yet conscientious employees and older more experienced employees - great balance and always learning - Market opportunity is huge....traction, growth and awareness growing significantly especially in EMEA If you want to build a company, grow quickly, have influence, be challenged, be creative, able to fail as long as you learn and share learnings, NOT work a 9-5 job for a company with huge brand awareness, then this is the place to be.

      Cons

      - Overstretched in some teams (positive is that this is testament to super fast growth we are seeing since pivot to SaaS and partnerships with major cloud data warehouse vendors) - Work to do on Diversity & Inclusion BUT big internal focus on this with CEO sponsorship in all areas (gender, disability, ethnic origin, etc.)
