Pros

-Insane pace of Growth -Opportunities to learn and gain new skills -Working on cutting-edge tech with other smart people -My colleagues care deeply about their users and about the company as a whole -My team helps customers tackle complex problems in a concise manner -Culture - accepting and caring. -Lots of autonomy -Very transparent from the top down -Strong leadership (from the C Level executives down) -Opportunities to learn and gain new skills -Perks- benefits are AMAZING -Most importantly, I feel appreciated and secure in my role. In my opinion, ThoughtSpot realizes that people are important. It’s hard to find the right fit. ThoughtSpot is the right fit for me.

Cons

-Sometimes work life balance is crazy. It can be exhausting. The plus side, if you learn to speak-up and ask for support you will receive. -You are surrounded by some of the MOST intelligent people in the valley. It can be a bit intimidating. I find comfort know that ThoughtSpot’s culture encourages challenging your peers and thinking through complex problems. Keeps you wanting to learn more and try harder.
