Pros

- work is good - product is rock solid, customers love it and has been able to stay ahead of what competitors are doing - good atmosphere e

Cons

- no focus on growing employees internally. Always focus is on getting people from outside. - strong preferential treatment and celebrity based status to some. Oncall debugs are vastly celebrated than shipping code without bugs. Some people come out as hero. I've got nothing against those people, they are great people, however it sets a wrong precedent, and not everyone has necessary context to solve bug in real time. it requires deep context that only few people has, and only few people are approached for helping out. how do you compete with that. - lot of attrition.

Pros

There are no pros as such, they are just a bunch of toxic frauds who'll leave you with nowhere to go.

Cons

They hired people from our college and kept stalling them for offer letters only later to tell them that their offer was being pulled back, those people had no where to go as the college placements were also over. Not worth the trust and honesty.

Pros

Effective social media messaging and free lunch

Cons

A horrendous work environment with an insane and unreasonable amount of pressure. They have aspirations to compete with some of the big providers in the space but they are deluded. Infrastructure is poor and product is buggy and overpriced. Their false positive pronouncements on social media on a range of topics are a complete sham. There is no diversity and a very open intolerance to those from other backgrounds. I've heard many a conversation in my time there that is truly shocking around bias and blatant discrimination. If you're considering working there and do not fit the patriarchal status quo, then avoid placing yourself in an environment that will damage your mental health and clearly let you know that you are not welcome, nor will you ever belong.
