Pros

None as of now, earlier there were few benefits like transportation, wellness allowance,

Cons

None I see as the Hyderabad test team is fully managed and bossed by one lady, who receives all the awards and appreciations. No technical growth, no automation skill set valued, no process improvement, no promotions, no roadmaps. Hikes have been skipped

Pros

They could pay decent (not sure about now, earlier they did), but other factors would override this

Cons

Would not suggest people going for customer facing roles from india - Customer Success/Services (particularly if backfilling an opp. in EMEA geo.] too much bias from european teams - very toxic in this regard lot of discrimination/bias flowing in from fellow European members if you're in customer facing teams no internal unity between global teams in front of a customer european teams unabashedly criticising/downplaying fellow indian member in front of customer no job security, no guidance in terms of growth - half of the time leadership is coming and leaving, no stability at all in terms of processes too you'll be left stranded without a manager for over an year and no one will care unstable org - they keep changing teams, can't decide the roles of teams they just hire blindfolded, and then fire at their convenience when they realise that this role can't be a fit in the current structure (on top of that, they just keep changing structures every now and then) they keep firing folks (senior+juniors) and don't even explain if it's due to org changes or performance (usually blame it on performance, because it's the easiest thing to do)
