      - Good pay - Good product by former employee and google search tech leader - Used to be Sun Microsystems of analytics - many years before

      Cons

      - Politics in Bangalore Office - VP and SVP titles are less knowledge than EMs from good companies - EMs operate as tech lead - Cisco effect from India make things hard for customer and tech teams to progress - TS employees resume is treated at down levels - Founders is missing , almost all Founders abandoned ship, all - Company need to reinvent
