Pros

The engineering culture is strong, and the team encourages ownership and high-quality work. I had the chance to work on impactful problems with talented colleagues. The tech stack is modern, and there is a good emphasis on performance, scalability, and innovation. Work environment is fast-paced but collaborative.

Cons

Workload can get intense during peak cycles, and processes are sometimes unclear. Communication across teams could be more streamlined. Career progression pathways are not always transparent, and the expectations can occasionally feel high under tight deadlines.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues Great office culture and benefits inc 4 Wellness days that lots of companies don't offer. There is access to all C-Level colleagues for advice and mentorship which is rare in a organisation so large.

Cons

No cons that scream out as we are a fast growing company there are areas that need improvement but that comes with the industry.
