It's been with Thoughtwave software and solutions for 1 year in full run. I felt like working at home with family. Never felt like an company working in stress or hurdles. Friendly, supportive and a great resource of gaining knowledge from the work place.

Friendly nature by the management which leads to take advantage by the staff in negative manner.
