Pros

People are very nice and intelligent. You can truly work with a group of the most outstanding development guys here. Very flexible, creative and challenging everyday. Have the chance to jump to very good companies as you are very agile.

Cons

You may need to go on business trips quite often. And the trips may be as long as several months. This will affect if you have a family in the city.
