Pros

Open environment, really flat organization Friendly colleagues Importance to quality work rather than quick fix work Great environment for technical people

Cons

Based on who your manager is, its possible projects are given more priority than people. Happens occasionally Too much competition for technical people. Have to work in a smaller role compared to other organizations. A senior consultant here could easily be a tech lead in another company
