      Pros

      Thoughtworks is pretty cool if you're just starting your career.

      After the IPO it was just downhill and now it's nothing more than an expensive body shop.

      Pros

      The people that are still here are great but those are dwindling fast

      Cons

      Abysmal compensation. Used the pandemic as an excuse to pay freeze to shore up their numbers for the IPO. While everyone in the tech industry were experiencing record raises and salaries TW was pinching pennies. Now that the tech industry is in a recession and they really can't give raises, the employees are suffering the most. There is a serious brain drain and more will continue to leave as there has been a pay freeze the past two years. Since the pandemic we've had three pay freezes. Company stock has dropped about 80% since IPO.
