      Used to be a special place to work

      Pros

      Great people Global company On the forefront of technology While it is no longer a special place, it is still better than a lot of organizations.

      Cons

      Has lost its special culture, including diminished support for diversity and inclusivity Leadership is not transparent and does not care about their employees IT and operations are ruthlessly treated as overhead/cost The new CEO was brought in to make Tw profitable again. I believe he will accomplish this, but in doing so has removed many of the pieces that made Tw different from its competitors. At this point, Tw is like any other tech consultancy.

      A good company turned bad

      Pros

      Once upon a time if you had asked a Thoughtworker why they loved the company they would have replied, “the people.” This is no longer the case, everyone is long gone.

      Cons

      You are treated like a number on a spreadsheet No one is happy Lots of lay offs without any review of leadership or their failings The work is no longer interesting or innovative
