      Pros

      - Company culture - Creative things, new challenges, new things. - Cordial and helpful co-workers - Good manager, guiding and helping. Makes thing easy. - Talk about lot of good stuff but my whole experience is virtual cause of covid. - Pay and compensation are pretty good, not upto bay area mark still better I feel.

      Cons

      - Lot of work as team is very lean, they're trying to hire but as the company falls in a very thin margin either you've good candidate who wants to go to good places. - Health benefits were better when they were startup, but we got 401k after cisco acquired - I still feel PTO's are limited - Few colleagues have a different mindset (as the company has very diverse workforce) - Sometimes gets hectic

      - Awesome people - The company is growing fast because the product is groundbreaking - Everyone is working together towards the same goal - Every team is eager to help anyone - Plenty of collaboration - Flexible hours, PTO, benefits, travel - Lots of free food
