Pros

-> Only 2 days WFO per week, but it’s fixed and leaves no flexibility. -> Small team size, which unfortunately means limited learning opportunities and no real mentorship.

Cons

-> Leadership lacks clear direction, priorities change frequently without proper planning. -> Frontend engineering decisions are often driven by short-term fixes rather than sustainable solutions. -> No real technical ownership; product deadlines are prioritized over code quality. -> Career growth opportunities are limited, especially for senior engineers. -> Poor collaboration between product and engineering; unrealistic deadlines are the norm. -> Compensation and benefits are below market standards compared to other startups of similar size.

Pros

Fixed Mon-Tue: office Wed-Fri: wfh

Cons

Sat-Sun is off just on papers, Late working hours, Micromanagement, Either no or very less salary increments, Underpay, They give all leaves in starting of year, but you can't use them. Taking Approvals on leave itself a big task here, Toxic environment: some people are really very toxic, They recently set up a hierarchy, but the real power still lies with the top management. Managers and super managers are just figureheads without any real decision-making authority, Workspace is not enough: problems during lunch time, Washroom and pantry rooms are together: how can someone even think to sit there and have lunch, Etc.

Pros

The people are great. They truly want to help one another and will go out of their way. A lot of the leadership truly care about your success. Strong Values that are built into the operations.

Cons

Training materials are not sufficient and you will rely on one another during onboarding. Meeting heavy culture. Some of the leadership live to work not work to live and the expectations of that trickle down.
