Pros

You own you own business

Cons

No support from management. Only thing management cared about was their own bottom line. If you did not produce enough you are out of there.

Pros

Benefit plan for employees is good

Cons

Lacking in change management and communication. Won't stick to a plan or direction long enough to get results before switching to something different. Waited too long to have offices closed from coronavirus. Culture and morale have gone to all time low.
