Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Flexible schedule, which includes nights and weekends. Most of the employees have a somewhat shared value system and shared beliefs.

Cons

Goals are constantly changing, sometimes quarter to quarter. Restructures and constant (4 in 4 years). No clear direction. Inferior investment and insurance products. Selling on faith and shared values, but values are not lived out in business practices.

Pros

Decent benefits and time off policy

Cons

Tries to maintain "Christian" workplace, but really just like any other. Salary on the lower side. Not all departments "the same."

Pros

Great ongoing training. Not for Profit allows you to feel good about what you do.

Cons

Commission less than competitors. After a few years, left on your own.
