Pros
-Thrivent is an ethical company; the corporate office, regional management and field reps are genuinely committed to serving their clients interests -There is obvious upside earnings potential
Cons
-The compensation structure can lead reps to lose focus on serving clients in favor of selling products. It can get frustrating when sales are slim but you still owe technology fees, office rent, etc. This isn't a great fit for anyone looking for a "job" in the tradition sense; you have to be willing to treat this as a business.
