Pros

They pay brand new advisors with no experience a salary

Cons

They hire anyone they can get to say "yes" as a financial adviser. Company is literally filled with incompetent advisers.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans

Pros

Some very hard working, caring people do their best to serve their community as well as make money. The benefits are great and in general, management is pretty flexible to your needs. They have locations all over the area and a good support system for their representatives.

Cons

Management is primarily interested in the bottom line, regardless of right or wrong. So if you think a Christian organization should always take the high moral road, this is not the place for you. Too much emphasis on appearance versus ability.
