Used to be a silicon valley tech company that was good to work at.
Cons
Now that it's been bought out by Rovi, it's a patent troll that is just trying to pay the least to any of it's employees. That's why it employs talentless, no work ethic, less paid satellite employees who tries to do the least amount of work.
