      Pros

      They will give shift allowances, and their Medical insurance policy is very useful. Also, they will give health and internet reimbursement.

      Cons

      There is no stability to work over there. You may lose your job at any time.

      Directions from the US teams are vague and not in the direction of where the company needs to be. Post exit of Dave its been an absolute power struggle and total lack of understanding with regards to the vision in which they want to go forward.
