      The company does need to be clear about its focus

      Pros

      work life balance can be good. managers do give you reasonable freedom. perks are good.

      Cons

      Some of the codebase is pretty old. Pace of development can be slow in those areas. It also means a lot of regressions so can get frustrating. If you end up in one of the less favored teams, management will keep changing its priorities to accommodate other teams leading to little ever really getting completed.
