      Pros

      Lots of support throughout organization for whatever needs you may have. Products are cool and brand is very well know in the industry.

      Cons

      The company is not profitable from its core business. Brand awareness of product needs continued differentiation from other DVRs. Stock has not performed as well as it could.

      Flexable work culture with lot of work with limited resources to work on gives oppourtinutiy to work on latest and greatest in technology. Flexibale work atmosphere

      Growth Oppourtunities are not clealy laid out . Transperancy of the the company future not very clearly comunicated to the employees.
