      Pros

      Well known company, touches many users. Users are best advertising for the product. On the forefront of technology. Resources selectively available to favored departments.

      Cons

      Far far away from San Francisco, Management not always clear in direction, sometimes self contradictary or just silent. Not uncommon, but seems to be becoming a large organization unable to make smart, nimble, vital decisions.
